  I am extreamly lucky to be apart of The Cave Strength and Conditioning I have been a member for just over a year now, coming in with little to no strength. From day one I was welcomed with open arms, people always say "how do you become so close to those people? It's just a gym!" First of all its not just a gym, there are no mirrors and peoples egos are left at the front door, you start to learn to trust yourself and those around you, you are surrounded by those willing to work, support and encourage you. Not look at yourself in the mirror after every set. Second of all, how...? More like how do you not! At The Cave you are constantly surrounded by passion, motivation, drive and most of all support of not only your coaches but your class members. Not only throughout your own personal fitness journey but through your own individual journey of life. Every single person in the gym is holding a different battle, working a different job, holding a different passion, but every single person involved in the Cave community cares about each and every single one another. We are not a gym we are a family. A family that sticks together. Strives together. And keeps pushing to the very end. I leave this place every single day happier than I was when I walked in, it's not every day you are able to find a second family. I cannot recommend The Cave highly enough it is truly is a special place.
