Even their advert says "even the tenants are happy" (or words to that effect), guess what Seachange, tenants are your clients and keeping them happy should be your goal. Also despite a number of issues identified with the state of the property (especially the garden) in the pre inspection report, the agent (Karen) still told us the garden was unsatisfactory and would be charging us to get it done. The garden was left far better by us than it was given to us. Similarly, the house was not cleaned when we moved in and this was noted, and then the same agent told us the carpet was not satisfactory even though we had it professionally cleaned. So a complete double standard by this agency from the beginning which fits their ad - treat the tenant like crap. Do not use this agency.
