  Excellent service from the Mandurah Ambience Air Store. They have quoted me previously and did not hesitate to re-quote for me when I was ready to go ahead. Seamless service, quick easy, efficient and all what I needed as a busy working single Mum. TheI came home to a clean and tidy house after the install was complete. The product is perfect for my family. Highly recommend.

  I bought a ducted system upstairs and two split systems downstairs. One in the lounge and one in a bedroom. All totalling about $12K. Joe quoted but failed to tell me that one of the bedroom split units would have to be placed halfway up the wall in full eye view. When I wanted to cancel that unit I was told that I had signed for the full quote and they refused to cancel.

  Bought a Samsung air conditioner for my newly built house back in 2016, the sales rep was very knowledgeable with very good customer service. He even gave me a discount which was good of him. The installation process was on time and very efficient. To this date, the aircon is still working flawlessly and the instalment was well done. Will definitely purchase from them again if I were to build. AA customer service and products.

  My existing system was replaced by a new unit but the existing ducting was used but revised to include one bedroom/study in the living room zone.
  The main bedrooms were supposed to have been independently operated by a zone switch.
  However, upon investigation by a 3rd party there was no zone damper installed and the bedrooms were never heated. Very disappointed.

  We chose to use Ambience air because of the price and service they provided. Our house was a little older (1938) with high ceilings which I thought would be a problem but they were able to plan the evaporative system we needed including two whirly birds and an inside vent. Very happy with the service and team :)
