  Very thorough doctors. Was looking for family doctor practice and have found one. Don’t feel like you are being hurried out the door. Reception staff has improved immeasurably on last year. Now friendly and efficient.

  After coming back from NZ in May had been experiencing back/ kidney pain as well as other symptoms. Went and saw one of the doctors they ran some tests which after 4 weeks said results were in booked in to find out first lot of tests were normal and they want just ruotine stuff done instead another lot of tests later after 6 weeks pain was getting worse and no test results back. Rang reception a couple of times got hung up on by practice manager. On september 5th was admitted to hospital in pain, low blood pressure, fatigue and dehydration. 5 hrs later found out I had Kidney stones which nobody bothered to pick up on. 2 months later test results have finally come back from early August to say all is normal but just book an appointment to discuss normal results.

  Today I had a horrible experience here . And the reception lady was rude on the phone yesterday and when I arrived today.

  Not helpful at all, staff over phone told me one thing, doctor tells me another and won't see me or write my script that I've been getting for years from there, all because my doctor there suddenly left and just dropped all of us clients. Practice manager said doctor has final say and won't help me. Couldn't care less about my situation. Now stuck with no meds and no doctor. Getting my records and never going back.

  Banned my brother-in-law for showing up to an appointment in his work clothes with a bit of limestone dust on the back of his shirt. Doctor said his chair would get dirty! Really contradicts your so called values about providing quality family based care! Patient care driven by values, experience & expertise is on your website maybe change it to
  
  Patient care provided you are clean, have showered and don’t work in a job where you can get dirty, dusty, greasy, grimey etc, we value our clean chairs!
