- Jo Mack Added August 26, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These people pretended to have dry cleaned my almost new, feather and down doona and when I questioned them, they continually stated they had dry cleaned it.
I then took the doona to a laboratory to be chemically tested and they proved it had never been dry cleaned. The people who run the shop then said they had washed it instead, when the doonas' instructions stated, "Do Not Wash." So I began Court Proceedings. The conclusion was, the shop paid me $518 and I have kept proof of this.
