    Great range of products in store, except specific specials online for pickup in store are different if you try to collect off store yourself. Example is Jarrah Salted Caramel Coffee, online for in-store pickup is 2 for $7, pick it up yourself it's $6 EA, so $12 for 2. Sometimes the specials are cheaper than the markdowns. Pic posted choc marked down to $3, but the one marked down one is $2.50.

    Good selection, reasonable prices, good staff.
    Now selection is limited and prices higher. Sorry the staff have to put up with so much.

    My local. Staff are always available and ready to assist. Store layout is shopper friendly. Brightly lit. Extremely helpful staff.

    Always love shopping at woolies. I'm sure they deliberately train their staff to be welcoming, jovial and pleasant first and foremost and I notice it! Lots of choice here, nice produce and decent meat at a decent price. Most stores have good quality these days, so standing out on customer experience is a great tactic! Those warm feels make this store stand out and the chore of shopping seems less here. Keep that up woolies!

    I only gave this a 4 star as I only went in for a couple of items so I was in and out pretty quickly. Seemed to feel clean and spacious. Self serve lady said a pleasant goodbye to us as we left
